ASSESSMENT FACTORS 1. Constructively questions convectional approaches, and supports and environment that encourages new ideas. 2. Knowledge of TEMPEST standards, policies, and countermeasures, including the ability to interpret technical specifications and apply them to varied operational environments. 4. Understanding of electromagnetic emanation vulnerabilities and mitigation techniques, including the use of test, measurement and diagnostic equipment such as spectrum analyzers, oscilloscopes, signal generators etc. 5. Analyzes key information and evaluates the effectiveness of alternative solutions, courses of action, and strategies needed to address complex, controversial, and multi-faceted issues. HIGHLY DESIRED SKILLS 1. Experience in the daily execution of technical programs such as TSCM, Intelligence Systems Electronics Repair, Telecommunications Systems Installation/repair or other technical programs. 2. Experience applying the regulatory guidance outlined in ICD 705 and DoDM 5105.21 with supervisory oversight. 3. Constructively questions convectional approaches, and supports an environment that encourages new idea.
