Job Description:

You will serve as theMARCORSYSCOM Deputy Director (DPM) for Special Programs. See Additional Information section for position paragraph description.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or NH-03 pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Lead AND/OR supervise complex programs from concept to completion, balancing technical direction, team supervision, stakeholder engagement, AND/OR strategic planning to deliver innovative solutions under tight deadlines and evolving requirements. You will lead the planning and execution of complex programs that deliver new technologies to meet critical organizational needs.
You will guide teams in solving challenging problems where no clear guidelines exist, requiring creativity and expert judgment.
You will define long- and short-term goals, adjust plans as needed, and ensure programs stay on schedule and within budget.
You will collaborate with senior leaders across multiple organizations to secure resources, align priorities, and influence major decisions.
You will supervise staff, set performance expectations, provide feedback, and ensure continuous development and training.
You will represent the organization in high-level meetings, communicate findings, and advocate for program goals and resource needs.
You will manage competing priorities, resolve conflicts, and foster a positive team environment to deliver successful outcomes.
