GS-12 Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (GS-11) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Providing expert consulting and advisory services on environmental restoration program management and requirements; 2) Managing and executing environmental compliance and/or restoration contracts and negotiating a fair and reasonable price for A-E contracts or modifications for an organization; and 3) Having experience with Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act, Superfund Amendments and Reauthorization Act, and Resource Conservation and Recovery Act related to restoration program execution.
