You will serve as a Remedial Project Manager (RPM) in the Environmental Restoration Product Line (ER PL) EV3 of NAVAL FACILITIES ENG COMMAND HAWAII. Environmental Engineer Salary Range for GS-12: $95, 044.00 - $122, 806.00 Salary Range for GS-11: $85,612.00 - $108, 764.00 Physical Scientist Salary Range for GS-12: $92,520.00 - $120,282.00 Salary Range for GS-11: $77,192.00 - $100,344.00
GS-12 Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (GS-11) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Providing expert consulting and advisory services on environmental restoration program management and requirements; 2) Managing and executing environmental compliance and/or restoration contracts and negotiating a fair and reasonable price for A-E contracts or modifications for an organization; and 3) Having experience with Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act, Superfund Amendments and Reauthorization Act, and Resource Conservation and Recovery Act related to restoration program execution. GS-11 Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (GS-09) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. You will communicate technical information both verbal and written, to a range of recipients such as coworkers, senior management, regulatory agencies, or the public.
