Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Managing resources for the efficient operation and utilization of housing projects or facilities, Analyzing current and past operations and expenditures to determine future requirements for housing goals, AND/OR Evaluating and assessing the efficiency and effectiveness of housing processes and procedures. You will develop and implement short-range and long range plans for construction
You will develop, implement and monitor installation family housing policies, programs, procedures, financial management, field operations, And other management programs.
You will recommend changes to Marine Corps policy and procedures governing military housing.
You will work on special studies and implement solutions to unique or extraordinary issues.
You will determine requirements and manage all resources used in support if assigned housing facilities and infrastructure, including personnel, facilities, finds and materials.
You will monitor monthly expenses against budget and identifies fiscal trends.
