Job Description:
You will serve as a SUPERVISORY MANAGEMENT ANALYST in the Manpower and Reserve Affairs of HQ US MARINE CORPS.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: develops and implements data collected from analyzing and evaluating administrative aspects of mission-oriented programs and manpower and workforce management policies, to ensure program efficiency, effectiveness and productivity. You will propose new or revised command or higher echelon approach in dealing with controversial problems or precedent setting actions as they relate to command level strategic workforce planning and management.
You will plan, direct, and execute liaison operations for critical programs
You will develop new strategies and methods to measure program accomplishments, results, and effectiveness.
You will assist in identifying actual or potential problems, emerging patterns, and new developments in HR and implement resolutions to accomplish the mission.
You will supervise a group of employees performing work at the GS-12 or equivalent level.
