You will serve as a Program Manager in the Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command of NAVAL FACILITIES ENG SYSTEMS COMMAND PAC in the Expeditionary Directorate.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Examples of 1) Planning, engineering design, construction, acquisition strategy, environmental, and operational services in support of the mission requirements; 2) Identifying potential problems in the process and making recommendations to improve efficiency; 3) Managing financial, contracting, technical and scheduling issues; and 4) Using persuasive arguments and negotiation techniques to reconcile differing opinions among major stakeholders.
