Job Description:
You will serve as a SUPERVISORY INTERDISCIPLINARY FAP CLINICAL/PSYCHOLOGIST/SOCIAL WORKER in the FLEET AND FAMILY READINESS (N9) DIVISION of NAVAL STATION EVERETT. This is an interdisciplinary position which may be filled by any of the following series: FAP CLINICAL SUPERVISOR (0101), PSYCHOLOGIST (0180), SOCIAL WORKER (0185).
In addition to the Basic Requirements for this position, your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-12) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector performing duties such as: 1) Providing leadership, management, policy, program, and resource management for a fleet and family support program; 2) Facilitating multiple program services such as family advocacy, new parent support, clinical counseling, and crisis response emergency management; 3) Directing use of fund resources to ensure delivery of programs and services provided; 4) Maintaining professional contacts with both private and public organizations to develop, implement, or establish programs and operating parameters. You will assess the services provided by staff members to verify quality care is provided to service members and their families.
You will determine facts and conditions of various life conditions to draw conclusions as to underlying causes or contributing factors of client problems.
