Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band DP-03 in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Manage and oversee the development, procurement, and lifecycle management of an organization's Enterprise Network. Your experience must reflect skill in the following areas: attention to detail, customer service, oral communication, and problem solving. You will report directly to the PEO, Digital and Enterprise Services, as the Director accountable for program lifecycle planning and execution of the Naval Enterprise Networks (NEN) portfolio.
You will fully execute Software Acquisition Pathway (SWP) programs of record across capability sets of Digital Workplace, Cybersecurity and IT Lifecycle, IT Platforms, and IT Infrastructure, to include solutions such as Flank Speed, etc.
You will direct NEN Deputy Directors for Current Readiness and Future Capabilities. You will ensure effective workforce shaping and culture change across the NEN Directorate.
You will direct the Solution Train Manager for the Digital Express Agile Solution Train (AST), your maneuver element for agile delivery of NEN capabilities, containing 7+ Agile Release Trains (ARTs).
You will advocate and communicate enterprise focused value delivery and achievement of resource goals and strategic objectives to Flag Officer/Senior Executive Service sponsors, stakeholders, and customers.
You will represent NEN equities for PEO Digital in senior forums.
You will oversee NEN Lean Portfolio Management (LPM) to align resources during all phases of Planning, Programming, Budgeting and Execution Process (PPBE) to strategic objectives in a recurring and participatory fashion.
You will ensure a robust pipeline of pilots scaling to enterprise services and leading to divestments.
You will be the voice of the NEN Directorate and responsible for the management of NEN operating model, including management of event scheduling, conflict management/resolution, total force management, and communications (internal and external).
You will serve as the Director, Naval Enterprise Networks (NEN), accountable for the Software Acquisition Pathway portfolio containing Flank Speed, Nautilus, NMCI, ONE-Net, NIS, NESD, etc, within the PEO DIGITAL AND ENTERPRISE SERVICES.
