Undergraduate degree CERTIFICATIONS (One of the following preferred) Assessment psychometrics, capability training, certification Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP) Certified Professional in Online Learning (COP) Certified Professional in Training Management (CPTM) Certified Training and Development Professional (CTDP) The typical base pay range for this role is between $200K - $245K depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience and location. This role may also be eligible for certain discretionary performance-based bonus and/or incentive compensation.
