Job Description:

You will serve as a HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST in the PLANS & PROGRAMS DIVISION (SP10), HUMAN RESOURCES OFFICE (SPHR) of STRATEGIC SYSTEMS PROGRAMS. This is a RE-ADVERTISEMENT of Announcement Number: DE-12802600-25-JEH. Applicants that have previously applied NEED to re-apply to this announcement.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or NH-02 pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Advising management on performance management concepts, principles, and practices and/or analyzing human resources programs and making recommendations to improve strategic workforce initiatives. You will provide managers and employees with information and interpretation of performance management (e.g., ACQDEMO) policies, procedures and guidelines.
You will analyze data, make recommendations based on trends, and report on strategic workforce initiatives.
You will provide advice to develop or improve visual and written communications across HR programs and services.
You will lead the review and analysis of cross-cutting human capital data and general data sets.
You will pull reports and reconcile data in Navy Enterprise Resource Planning or other financial systems.
You will lead or participate in the creation, implementation, and management of policies, programs, and strategies that promote a productive and engaging environment.
