Job Description:
You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST in the ADMINISTRATION, DIR ADMINISTRATION, NAVMEDREADLOGCMD, NAVY MEDICAL READINESS LOGISITCS COMMAND of NAVMEDREADLOGCMD.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience providing oversight and guidance to various administrative and manpower programs to assess operations, productivity, and to ensure efficiency; Experience analyzing and evaluating complex data reports to organize records, reprogram funds and develop internal controls to manage operations in supporting the mission. Experience managing the organizational structure, resources utilization, function, and work processes adhering to command policies and goals to make recommendations for process improvements. OR- Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree or 3 full years of progressively higher-level graduate education leading to such a degree or LL.M., if related, or have a combination of education and experience that equates to 100% of the requirement. You will ensure necessary training needs are documented on Individual Development Plans (IDPs).
You will review and interpret basic instructions, policies, funding plans, that are used in the formulation of Resources programs operating fiscal plan.
You will prepare a monthly analysis of department manpower utilization and operating cost against through the performance of assisting supervisor in presenting approved budgets with appropriate justification.
You will prepare reports using graphs, charts, tables, and other supporting displays and diagrams that outline alternative methods, provide solutions, or document collected data.
You will provide oversight and guidance to managers and employees; analyze and synthesize complex data to prepare reports and make recommendations.
You will adhere to program management principles, practices, and techniques, as well as apply knowledge of federal regulations and policies related to human resources and manpower management.
You will perform data analysis, provide reporting and make presentations to communicate effectively and interact with managers, employees, and external stakeholders.
You will execute proficiency in software applications such as Microsoft Office and experience with human resources information systems is also desired.
You will work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize multiple tasks, meet deadlines and maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
