Performance Strategy Consulting at Partners in Performance
As part of the Performance Strategy Consulting team, you will be working in teams to solve complex problems, drive meaningful change, and help industries and organizations overcome their biggest challenges. You will help influence decisions at the highest levels as well as improve performance at the frontline. Key Responsibilities:
Collect and analyze operational data using proprietary methods and tools.
Develop and quantify strategies for optimizing the organization's operations and implement the strategies in close partnership with the organization's workforce, from the C-Suite to employees on the ground.
Provide frequent and immediate coaching to ensure data and KPIs are properly interpreted and leveraged to manage operations.
Model high safety standards in often hazardous and remote settings (e.g., mines, oil rigs, factories). For select projects, support the design and management of capital projects, and build and execute energy transition plans.
