For the GS-11 Grade Level: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-09) or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector conducting financial planning, budget analysis, or costs and economic analysis to provide recommendations for organizational programs. For the GS-09 Grade Level: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-07) or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector performing analysis of financial reports to identify problems or maintain data integrity for organizational programs.
