Specific Responsibilities
Assisting Chefs in delegating tasks and priorities amongst the teamTraining of new team members Cleaning of all dishes, glassware, silverware, pots, pans, utensils and equipmentSweeping and mopping floors and washing wallsPerforming kitchen duties and trash removal in all kitchen areasWiping down counters, tables and equipmentRemoving trashHelping chefs in setup of food plates and miscellaneous food prep
This is a full-time position, shifts varying from 7:00am to 5:00pm.
