You will serve as a Management and Program Analyst in the NSMA. This position is in the excepted service and does not confer competitive status.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-13) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector utilizing a mastery of and expert skill in applying complex fact finding, analytical and problem-solving methods and techniques and in presenting findings in an accurate, conclusive, and persuasive manner. Examples of specialized experience include: 1) Manage projects/contracts beginning with requirements definition, and through initiation, execution, Government/Fleet delivery and close out; 2) Recommend, analyze and manage major changes to program structure as directed; 3) Collaborate with organizational stakeholders to develop budget execution plans and monitor program performance to those plans, elevating divergence to IPT leadership as appropriate; and 4) Integrate, prepare, develop, and assess the executive-level decision making and briefing materials for program matters. You will work with government stakeholders to plan and coordinate contract requirements.
You will manage documentation such as Performance Work Statements, Requests for Proposals, contract data requirements, contract specifications, and Justification and Authorizations.
You will prepare and review documents to support system requirement and verification activities that include but not limited to Budget Planning and Execution and Contracts.
You will support Integrated Product Team leads as a subject matter expert by offering recommendations, suggesting courses of action, and providing reports of project status.
