hands-on with governance, perimeter defense, authentication, and threat
management within cybersecurity operations.

Engineering & AI – Turn
raw data into usable insights with data engineering and AI tools, using
modern ingestion and modeling methods to address business needs.
Digital
Project Management – Support
digital product growth by researching opportunities, defining
customer-focused requirements, and tracking execution.
Digital
Workplace – Explore
Kohler Digital’s units, building skills in
cloud, low-code, license management, AI productivity, and M365 Cloud
Administration.
Enterprise
Platforms – Understand
enterprise functions, project management, and problem-solving while
strengthening analysis, communication, and networking skills.
Security,
Privacy & Compliance – Work
on projects and skill-building in cybersecurity, identify a focus area,
and create a personalized growth plan.
Supply
Chain & Operations – Deliver
end-to-end solutions with business analysis, documentation, QA, system
configuration, project governance, and collaborative development.
