Job Description:

You will serve as a SUPERVISORY TRANSPORTATION SPECIALIST in the Production Division of NAVAL FACILITIES ENG COMMAND HAWAII.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Overseeing the overall planning, direction, and timely delivery of numerous products and services; 2) Providing input for the distribution of funding and developing rental rates to cover costs associated with manpower, materials, and acquisition costs; 3) Developing vehicle and equipment inventory metrics to ensure quality products and services are delivered; 4) Developing instructions, directives and policies related to maintenance and management of vehicle and equipment inventory; 5) Managing personnel through subordinate supervisors. You will oversee the overall planning and timely execution of numerous products and services within the Vehicle and Equipment Maintenance Branch.
You will monitor work center vehicle and equipment utilization against the execution plans, reviewing for consistency, potential problem areas, deficiency situations, or areas of imbalance.
You will review and interpret new and established directives, instructions, regulations and delegations of authority for potential impact.
You will provide recommendation and advice to the Product Line Team Manager (PLTM).
