Job Description:
You will serve as a SUPERVISORY HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST (MIL) in the Enlisted Distribution Division of NAVY PERSONNEL COMMAND.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Providing guidance to personnel on manning issues; 2) Utilizing information systems for enlisted personnel distribution; 3) Developing correspondence and status reports for all levels of command personnel; 4) Providing advisory and technical services to manage military personnel information and records programs. You will make recommendations to fill critical personnel vacancies.
You will provide current and projected manning data to support the need to replace personnel.
You will conduct technical presentations/briefs to senior leaders.
You will evaluate the implications of new concepts, methodologies, and/or systems on work requirements.
