Job Description:

You will serve as a INDUSTRIAL ENGINEER/OPERATIONS RESEARCH ANALYST in the SYSTEMS ACQUISITION GROUP, COST & SCHEDULE ANALYSIS DEPARTMENT, EXECUTION ANALYSIS & SUPPORT (EA&S) DIVISION of NAVAIRWARCENAC DIV.
In addition to the Basic Requirements for this position, your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-13/14) or pay band (NM-04) in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector as a professional INDUSTRIAL ENGINEER/OPERATIONS RESEARCH ANALYST. Specialized experience includes duties related to the following: 1) Directing, guiding, and managing Branch teams in the preparation of Integrated Project Management (IPM) analyses, schedule development, and other products for all major acquisition programs and for assigned non-major programs entering Engineering & Management Development and subsequent phases; 2) Ensuring the appropriate contractual cost and schedule reporting requirements are applied for upcoming procurements and Government projects; 3) Ensuring the quality of IPM analyses, schedules developed, Estimate at Completion (EAC), and other products developed; 4) Coordinating information from internal and external sources, including from other Naval Aviation Systems, services, agencies, and/or contractors; 5) Maintaining and interfacing with customers. You will direct, guide, and manage Branch teams in the preparation of IPM, schedule development, and other products for all major acquisition programs and for assigned non-major programs entering EMD and subsequent phases.
You will be responsible for ensuring the appropriate contractual cost and schedule reporting requirements are applied for upcoming procurements and Government projects
You will ensure coordination of information regardless of whether the analyses are developed internally or when inputs are required from other components of the Naval Aviation Systems, other Services or agencies, and/or contractors
You are responsible for maintaining interface with customers.
You will ensure the quality of IPM analyses, schedules developed, EACs, and other products developed using appropriate methods consistent and in compliance with policy and processes.
