Job Description:
You will serve as a Supervisory Program Manager in the SYSCOM SECURITY COOPERATION DEPT (SSCO) of NAVAL AIR SYSTEM COMMAND HQ-OSF.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NH-03 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Ability to clearly communicate with International partners via written and oral communications for the purpose of establishing requirements and executing programs. 2) Demonstrated understanding of Foreign Military Sales programs to include disclosure, case development and case execution. 3) Familiarity with the defense acquisition and program execution to include development of Statements of Work and the contractual procurement process. You will analyze needs and requirements information necessary for development of specific objectives for assigned program initiatives and for planning.
You will identify program office and competency area support needed to meet assigned program requirements.
You will direct the development of comprehensive program plans to ensure fulfillment of technical, cost schedule, and performance objectives.
You will evaluate all acquisition activities associated with the program.
You will be responsible for total life cycle support for all products procured under the DSC program from initial development of the FMS case throughout case execution and closure for all supplies and services ordered
