FOR THE GS-9 LEVEL Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Interpreting IT policies, standards, and guidelines; 2) Testing and optimizing the functionality of systems and data; 3) Identifying and defining business or technical requirements applied to the design, development, implementation, management, and support of systems; 4) Providing technical leadership on group projects; 5) Evaluating proposals for the acquisition of IT products or services. FOR THE GS-7 LEVEL Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-05 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Interpreting IT policies, standards, and guidelines; 2) Assisting in testing and optimizing the functionality of systems and data; 3) Assisting in identifying and defining business or technical requirements applied to the design, development, implementation, management, and support of systems; 4) Evaluating proposals for the acquisition of IT products or services. In addition to the specialized experience above, your resume must demonstrate the following four competencies: 1. Problem Solving - Identifies problems; determines accuracy and relevance of information; uses sound judgment to generate and evaluate alternatives, and to make recommendations.
