Job Description:
You will serve as a SUPERVISORY FACILITY SUPPORT CONTRACT MANAGER (FSCM) in the Public Works Business of NAVFAC SOUTHWEST. Resumes are restricted to no more than 2 pages. Illegible/unreadable resumes will not be considered.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Assessing contract compliance by applying contract regulations and policies; 2) Monitoring contract performance to determine if modifications, recommendations, or terminations to contracts are needed; 3) Developing performance work statements and other documents applicable to facility support contracts; 4) Utilizing contracting methods and price analysis to formulate offers for contracted services; 5) Managing workload of personnel to achieve agency goals. You will evaluate contractor performance against contract specifications and performance standards.
You will prepare cost analysis schedules for contract modification or change orders.
You will oversee customer liaison support team across the maintenance command to ensure daily assignments are completed.
You will plan and coordinate training of department personnel and identify areas where special training is necessary.
