Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of SPECIALIZED experience at or equivalent to the NH-04 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Coordinating and overseeing complex organizational operations, ensuring alignment with executive priorities and acquisition program goals. 2) Managing data calls, audits, congressional inquiries, and other external taskers, including drafting responses and ensuring timely submission. 3) Monitoring, analyzing, and reporting workforce and acquisition metrics, including resource management, executive dashboards, and command climate indicators.4) Developing, standardizing, and implementing cross-program processes, policies, and documentation to ensure consistent execution and compliance across programs. 5) Liaising with senior leadership and external stakeholders (e.g., ASN(RDA), OSD, OPNAV) to resolve operational and programmatic issues.6) Supporting development and review of acquisition strategies, program guidance, and required reporting, including DAES, SARs, CPARs/IPARs, and acquisition review boards. 7) Conducting program and management analyses to evaluate operational efficiency, organizational effectiveness, and compliance. 8) Representing senior leadership in high-level meetings, preparing briefings, reports, and recommendations for military and civilian decision-makers. Support the PEO and Deputy PEO in planning, executing, and overseeing all aspects of PEO(T) operations and organizational objectives.
Coordinate and manage data calls, audits, congressional inquiries, Force Protection/COOP initiatives, and public release documentation, including drafting initial responses.
Monitor and analyze workforce and acquisition metrics for executive reporting, including dashboards, resource management tools, and command climate surveys.
Serve as the POC for the Services Requirements Review Board (SRRB) and manage contractor services metrics.
Develop, standardize, and maintain cross-program processes, policies, and documentation to ensure compliance and consistent execution.
Liaise with ASN(RDA), OSD, OPNAV, and other organizations on matters affecting PEO(T)-managed programs.
Assist in developing and reviewing acquisition strategies, process guidance, and required reporting (DAES, SARs, CPARs/IPARs, ARBs, NPRs, DABs).
Plan and support PEO and Deputy PEO meetings and manage PEO(T) staff support functions, including security, facilities, workflow, and emergency processes.
Conduct program and management analyses to evaluate operational efficiency, organizational effectiveness, compliance, and performance.
Represent the PEO in high-level meetings, preparing briefings, reports, and recommendations for military and civilian leadership.
