This position is located at the Sip of Glory Coffeehouse in The Peak. This position is for Directorate of Family and Morale, Welfare and Recreation (FMWR) at Fort Drum, New York. FMWR includes Child and Youth Services, Business Recreation, and Support Services, which enable Soldier readiness, support the resilience and well-being of Soldiers and Families. Incentives and Bonuses Incentives will NOT be paid.

A qualified candidate must possess the following: math skills necessary to calculate patron bills and inventory, AND skill in mixing and serving the full range of coffee beverages and other specialty non-alcoholic drinks, AND experience utilizing a commercial espresso machine, AND ability to cross train and monitor the work of other staff. Prepares and serves simple food items.
Records sales, takes customer payments for goods by operating a cash register, balances cash drawer at the end of the day.
Maintains a clean and sanitary work area, utensils, equipment and coffee bar.
