To qualify for a Supervisory Technical and Quality Analyst your resume and supporting documentation must support: A. Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience that equipped you with the particular competencies to successfully perform the duties of the position and is directly in or related to this position. To qualify at the GS-14 level, applicants must possess one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 level or equivalent under other pay systems in the Federal service, military, or private sector. Applicants must meet eligibility requirements including time-in- grade (General Schedule (GS) positions only), time-after competitive appointment, minimum qualifications, and any other regulatory requirements by the cut-off/closing date of the announcement. Creditable specialized experience includes: Demonstrating comprehensive and expert knowledge of technical and quality processes related to organizational relationships, standards, principles, regulations, precedents, and new developments. Analyzing systems (i.e., EBS) and data to investigate, correct, and improve technical/quality system issues, policy, and procedures. Understanding of supply management and procurement activities as it relates to technical data, quality complaints, and complaint resolution. Generating written and oral communication to provide advice and guidance on improvement recommendations and briefs findings to a diverse audience. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional, philanthropic, religious, spiritual, community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.
Demonstrates comprehensive and expert knowledge of Technical/Quality concepts and programs to include organizational relationships, standards, principals, regulations, precedents, and new developments.
Manages development of appropriate business decisions and the execution of actions that have a cross-process or cross-site impact.
Collaborates with members of the Customer Engagement, Customer Operations, and Supplier Operations organizations on items with an impact to end-users, customers, and other external stakeholders.
Sets and adjusts short, medium, and long-range work priorities, prepares schedules for work completion, and is accountable for meeting team goals, objectives, and deadlines.
