Specific responsibilities include:
Providing guests with prompt, courteous service that exceeds their expectationsAssisting guests with their arrival, departure, luggage, and vehiclesValet parking vehiclesDriving the guest shuttle throughout Kohler CampusIdentification of guest and room number, analyzing the logistics and the most efficient procedures of bringing luggage to guest’s roomMaintaining a working knowledge of all in-house facilities and hours of operation, as well as daily activities and area attractionsIdentifying guest and room number, analyze the logistics and the most efficient procedures of bringing luggage to guest's roomMiscellaneous deliveries required by guest or hotel staffMaintaining a clean work area, including all common rooms and storage closets
This is a Part-Time opportunity, working weekdays and weekends. Shifts will vary between 1pm and 11:00pm.
