About the position: This position is Non-appropriated Fund (NAF) and will be assigned to tthe Patriot Golf Couse, Hanscom AFB, Massachusetts. This position is a regular full time position; guaranteed 35-40 hours per week. May be required to work weekend, evening and/or holidays. Qualifying Experience: Applicant must have related administrative experience. Required to have working knowledge of MS Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access. Experience in retail sale and/or golf shop operations is preferred.
Performs a variety of administrative duties to support the golf course program. Prepares daily, monthly and quarterly statistical and financial reports. Organizes and maintains office files, processing time and attendance data, organizes weekly employee schedules, answering telephones and other duties as directed by the Golf Course Manager. Provides information to customers regarding golf course rule and equipment. Displays, promotes, sells and safeguards all merchandise and equipment. Maintains tee time roster. Takes special orders and requests for customers such as golf equipment, clothing, golf bags, carts etc. Assists the manager in conducting regular inventories. Performs day-to-day administration of the program independently.
