Job Description:

You will serve as a SUPERVISORY FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT ANALYST in the Information Technology & Cyber Security Office (Code 109) of PSNS and IMF.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: leading others, using various financial management systems, identifying changes in financial policies or procedures, or applying or adjusting financial plans in accordance with laws, rules, and regulations to attain organizational budgetary goals. You will provide direction and assistance to all division heads and branch managers for the development, implementation and execution of annual budgetary and manpower requirements.
You will supervise and direct a staff of approximately 10 -12 personnel (GS-12 and below).
You will plan work to be accomplished by subordinates, sets and adjust short-term priorities, and recommends performance standards and ratings to evaluate work performance of subordinates.
You will be responsible for developing detailed programming and financial planning justification and documentation for inclusion in the Program Objectives Memorandum , Program Review and future-Year Defense Program (FYDP) budget submissions.
