To qualify for the Director, Commander's Action Group, your resume and supporting documentation must support: Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience that equipped you with the particular competencies to successfully perform the duties of the position and is directly in or related to this position. To qualify at the GS-15 level, applicants must possess one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-14 level or equivalent under other pay systems in the Federal service, military, or private sector. Applicants must meet eligibility requirements including time-in-grade (General Schedule (GS) positions only), time-after-competitive appointment, minimum qualifications, and any other regulatory requirements by the cut-off/closing date of the announcement. Creditable specialized experience includes: Plans, directs, and coordinates operations through subordinate supervisors/division leaders. Analyzes data, strategizes, and executes plans to carry out mission goals by creation of fact books, Culture Action Plans to prepare communication products in support of overall DLA Energy objectives. Oversees projects and sustainment efforts for the execution of special projects assigned by the Commander/Deputy Commander. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional, philanthropic, religious, spiritual, community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.
Serves as the Director, DLA Energy Commander's Action Group (CAG) and is the principal staff advisor to the Commander and Deputy Commander, DLA Energy
Provides high-level studies and analysis, projects, advice, and support involving critical and time-sensitive strategic/operational/tactical customer matters.
Combines comprehensive analytical expertise with excellent communications skills and expertise and leadership experience with in-depth knowledge of DLA Energy, DLA, DoD, and private sector operations and management effectiveness concepts, cont.

Serves as an Energy expert responsible for identifying, analyzing, and communicating new and emerging concepts, principles, and techniques that will advance customer/stakeholder engagements and/or logistics business process cont.
