This position is located at 1918 Club, which is a part of Fort Benning Family & Morale, Welfare and Recreation (MWR). This announcement will have weekly cutoffs, starting 17 October 2025. Resumes must be two pages (or less). Resumes should clearly demonstrate the applicant's relevant experience, skills, knowledge and abilities as they pertain to this position. A qualified candidate must possess the following: 1. Demonstrated work experience in leading employees.
Serves as a working leader of 3 or more employees in accomplishing trades and manual labor work, requiring use of moderately heavy physical effort and use of common hand tools and equipment.
Passes on to other workers instructions received from supervisor, assigning immediate tasks to be performed by individual members of the group led. Insures that needed equipment, supplies, and materials are available.
Responsible for conference room configuration, beginning with organizing tables, chairs, audio/video equipment from storage, to actually setup of this furniture/equipment in accordance to established banquet event orders (BEO).
Breakdown and proper storage of this equipment in an efficient and organized manner. Loads and unloads equipment and furniture, moves materials using hand trucks or dollies; stacks and arranges for storage.
Moves heavy items of furniture and office equipment as required for the applicable conference/meeting set up. Performs other duties as assigned.
