Job Description:

In addition to the basic education requirement, your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or NH-02 pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. You will review and assess overall progress and develop solutions for all technical, schedule, and cost issues that arise during the design, development, test and evaluation, production, and operations and sustainment
You will provide scientific, technical, and professional engineering guidance and acquisition advice on all aspects in the assigned program area.
You will plan for all aspects of design, development, and test and evaluation in the assigned program area; and is responsible for the overall program plan and budget.
You will identify and justify all fiscal needs for the development, test and evaluation, production, and operations/sustainment. The incumbent is responsible for coordinating these plans with appropriate technical and business managers.
You will plan for all related support needed in the assigned program area, taking into account the complicated equipment, software, and documentation that is required.
You will coordinate and liaise with internal and external customers across a broad spectrum of government civilians, military members, prime contractors, and supporting contractors.
