The Business Operations Analyst acts as a steward and process owner for the financial and operational health of the contract, helping facilitate the execution of financial goals and the account vision. This role facilitates complex innovation projects, helps oversee the financial risk reporting platform, and maintains critical controls for global roster & invoicing submissions. This role involves reviewing operational content inputs, modeling input checks and analytics, maintaining data integrity, and constructing effective reports to aid decision-making. The Business Operations Analyst works across regions and stakeholders within a global organization.
A successful candidate for this role will be an innovative thinker who challenges how the project delivers. The role requires expert Excel and data analytics skills, along with exceptional attention to detail and strong communication and collaboration skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Help manage the Business Operations team’s innovation forum and project pipeline
Facilitate innovation projects and execute cost and time saving initiatives
Maintain critical controls for global roster and invoicing submissions to ensure any errors are caught, submissions are completed accurately, and approvals are obtained on schedule
Decipher and fix complex formulation and data integrity trends to manage the financial risk reporting platform
Maintain an up-to-date database of key commercial deal terms for partnerships across regions
Conduct checks and re-validation of internal partnership deal models across regions
Ensure data cleanliness and integrity across dashboards and spreadsheets
Support US leadership and act as a liaison between our internal team and client leaders to ensure seamless execution of deliverables
Collaborate with cross-functional client teams on approval processes, ensuring coordination and accuracy
Contact global client stakeholders to collect data inputs and consolidate into spreadsheets
Support annual planning and deal forecasting by consolidating data and metrics into a single view
Support ad hoc requests
