Key Responsibilities:
Requirements Gathering: Work with stakeholders to identify, analyze, and document business needs and system requirements
Process Analysis: Study existing workflows and business processes to recommend improvements or automation opportunities.
Documentation: Create detailed functional requirements, user stories, use cases, and process flows.
System Design Support: Translate business needs into system specifications for developers and solution architects.
Testing & Validation: Support QA and UAT by validating that system functionality meets requirements.
Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the liaison between business teams and IT, ensuring clarity and alignment.
Change Management Support: Help with training, knowledge transfer, and rollout planning when new systems or features go live.
Engagement Planning: Develop strategies to engage stakeholders at appropriate stages of a project or initiative.
Communication Management: Provide clear, timely, and tailored communication to stakeholders, ensuring alignment and transparency.
Expectation Setting: Clarify objectives, deliverables, timelines, and constraints to avoid misalignment.
Relationship Building: Build trust and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
