The Third Party Liability Senior Analyst is responsible for executing repeatable core business processes and / or technical transactions with a focus on efficiency, first time quality and overall continuous process improvement. Part of this involves working closely with Third Party Liability (TPL) supervisors to manage and support in all aspects of TPL activities and participate in ongoing maintenance. Additionally, this job may involve coordinating across multiple operations teams to add value as a subject matter expert. This position evaluates and develops procedures and processes for projects through the TPL Department.
Key Responsibilities: 
Manages TPL related project
Monitors contract requirements for compliance
Ensures delivery complete and sent according to contract requirements
Ensures that Third Party Liability Policies and Procedures are maintained
Produces ad hoc reports upon request
Responsible for tracking meeting minutes to ensure they are done correctly and submitted according to contract requirements
Actively participates in inter departmental meetings
Knowledge of health insurance and TPL
Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment
Performs other duties as assigned
Interpret day to day business objectives and prepare and execute operational programs
Identify and assist with development of support training materials 
Prepare and analyze complex reports to formulate conclusions
Anticipate, identify, and assess complex issues
Develop and implement a plan of action
Identify, document, and review improvement opportunities
