Job Description:
You will serve as a Management and Program Analyst in the NAVFAC Engineering and Expeditionary Warfare Center of NAVAL FACILITIES ENGINEERING AND EXPEDITIONARY WARFARE CENTER.
To Qualified for GS-11: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Analyzing financial programs and funding, historical trends and budget requirements; 2) Identifying shortfalls and trade-offs in order to ensure appropriate funding for personnel and projects; 3) Providing detailed reports, financial/statistical charts and graphs for management briefing and presentations; 4) Distributing established controls and budget targets to leadership to ensure that execution targets are being tracked. You will provide procurement support and strategy services for a wide range of technical projects and programs.
