This ARCHITECT/ENGINEER position, is located in the ANG Base Engineering Division and is part of the CA 144 FW.
ARCHITECT/ENGINEER, GS-0810-12: Must have at least one year of specialized experience, equivalent to at least the GS-11 level, or equivalent pay band in other pay systems in the Federal government. This experience may also have been obtained in the private sector, but must demonstrate that it is comparable to the GS grade indicated. Specialized experience may have been demonstrated by performing duties such as: experience, education, or training for management, supervision, or performance of planning, designing, construction, and/or maintaining structures and facilities; and investigating, measuring, surveying, and mapping the earth's physical features. **This position is an interdisciplinary position. THIS IS A T32 EXCEPTED SERVICE, PERMANENT POSITION The primary purpose of the ARCHITECT/ENGINEER, GS-0810-12, is to provide supervisory (less than 25%) and technical assistance to the Base Architect/Engineer in overseeing and managing the engineering shops and production control function, provide technical support to all assigned sections and provide guidance to these sections on standard and code requirements May make additional selections within 90 days of eligible(s) issuance.
