Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Varian ARIA Application Analyst/Builder to support and enhance our oncology information systems. This mid-level role focuses on maintaining and optimizing the Varian ARIA EHR platform, ensuring seamless integration with radiation therapy equipment and clinical workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
Configure, test, and deploy updates and enhancements within the Varian ARIA system
Collaborate with clinical teams to understand workflow needs and translate them into system solutions
Support integration between Varian ARIA and treatment planning systems and radiation delivery machines
Troubleshoot application and interface issues, escalating as needed
Maintain system documentation, user guides, and training materials
Participate in system upgrades, validation, and change control processes
Ensure compliance with data standards (HL7, DICOM) and security protocols
