We are seeking an experienced and a highly motivated Technical Program Manager (TPM) focused in Compute, Storage & AI platforms, to lead and manage the end-to-end development lifecycle of system hardware products. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in hardware development, program execution, and cross-functional team leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive programs through all hardware phases (EVT, DVT, PVT, MP), ensuring successful integration of features, and aligning cross-functional teams to deliver innovative and high-quality system hardware solutions.
Lead the full lifecycle of hardware development programs from concept through mass production.
Drive execution through all hardware development phases: EVT (Engineering Validation Test), DVT (Design Validation Test), PVT (Production Validation Test), and MP (Mass Production).
Manage cross-functional teams including electrical, mechanical, thermal, firmware, systems, and manufacturing engineers.
Interface with supply chain, ODMs/OEMs, and manufacturing partners to ensure timely execution.
Drive technical RFI/RFQ/RFP processes and vendor selection, including leading technical evaluations and cost/feasibility assessments.
Own release management, ensuring program deliverables meet quality and schedule milestones through structured phase gates.
Partner with engineering to ensure hardware platforms meet performance, connectivity, and interoperability goals.
Provide MCP (Manufacturing Capacity Planning) support, ensuring production ramps align with forecasts and go-to-market strategy.
Collaborate with suppliers and partners across different geographical locations and time zones, requiring flexibility and strong communication skills to ensure seamless coordination.
Track and mitigate program risks; communicate status, dependencies, and issues clearly to stakeholders and leadership.
Continuously improve program management practices and tools to enhance visibility and team efficiency.
