Marine Corps Community Services (MCCS) is looking for the best and brightest to join our Team! Minimum of four years related background that demonstrates experience directly related to the above duties. Advanced expertise in the Wrike platform includes workflow design, dashboards, and multi-project coordination. Strong computer skills. Demonstrated experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder project portfolios or equivalent credentials. Must have strong written and oral communication skills. Knowledgeable in MCCS/NAF policies and procedures. Must possess solid organizational and detail-orientated expertise and the ability to handle numerous projects at one time. Must be skilled in preparing documentations and presentations. Proficient in data systems (Excel, database told) and automated reporting. Knowledge of administrative support functions including data collection, budget monitoring, and financial planning. This is a white-collar position where occasional lifting up to 20 lbs may be required. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM), or equivalent certification current of previously held, with ability to obtain or renew within one year of hire.
Responsible for marketing project management across three installations, including MCB Camp Pendleton, MCAS Yuma, and MCLB Barstow. Interfaces directly with directors and senior marketing staff throughout the MCCS enterprise. Acts as subject-matter expert on project policies, procedures, capabilities, optimization, and opportunities for process automation enterprise-wide. Serves as the primary system administrator for the Wrike program, managing user access, permissions, workflows, and integrations. Develops and refines standardized project management policies, templates, and process documentation. Plans, implements, and executes quarterly Wrike training with all participating installations in the MCCS enterprise. Provides visibility into the status and phase of each project through the effective use of the Wrike platform, leading review sessions, status updates, and analyses. Ensures timely reporting, accurate data, and alignment of divisional efforts with overall mission objectives. May assist in the preparation of financial plans and related records and/or reports. Plans, organizes work, and manages internal Wrike procedures, processes, and resources to ensure maximum productivity and economies. Builds and maintains project frameworks; establishes workflows, dependencies, dashboards, and milestone tracking. Prepares internal office financial plans and related records and reports. Manages the Wrike program and project management functions in support of upper-level management. Serves as a trusted advisor on NAF/MCCS project protocol, risk mitigation, and best practices. Supports functions such as statistical data gathering, budget monitoring and reporting, and assisting in financial planning. Develops long range plans in conjunction with internal operating directives. Maintains oversight of a wide range of projects and reporting tools. Must be alert to substance abuse and take appropriate action.
