About the Role
As an Art Director, you will play a key role in shaping brand and campaign ideas from concept to execution. This role requires strong visual thinking, a refined design sensibility, and the ability to collaborate across disciplines to create bold, culturally relevant creative. You will design across mediums including digital, social, film, experiential, and emerging platforms, always anchoring in the core idea.

Key Responsibilities
Support the creation and execution of integrated campaign concepts in partnership with copywriters, strategists, and producers
Develop campaign concepts and brand messaging rooted in insight, strategy, and creative ambition.
Translate strategic insights into compelling visual ideas across touchpoints including static, motion, social, and experiential
Apply a systems-thinking mindset to ensure visual consistency across the funnel
Partner with copywriters to create cohesive, integrated creative solutions.
Contribute to brainstorming, idea generation, and cross-functional collaboration.
Create mood boards, storyboards, and design explorations to bring ideas to life
Craft art direction that is distinctive, brand-right, and adaptable across formats
Contribute to brand identity development, visual systems, and content design as needed
Present ideas internally and in select client settings with clarity and confidence
Participate in creative reviews and apply feedback constructively to elevate the work
Stay current on trends in language, culture, media, and audience behavior.
Support junior creatives and contribute to a collaborative, growth-oriented team environment
