Job Description:
You will serve as a Supervisory Training Instructor in the Production Resources Department, Production Training Division of PSNS and IMF.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: identifying, coordinating and managing nuclear and non-nuclear skills training needs. You will use statistical methods such as objective analyses to predict program achievements and student performance.
You will review and evaluate existing aids to identify materials that will best accomplish training objectives.
You will plan and conduct correlation studies based on project objectives.
You will direct the planning, development, and execution of production nuclear and non-nuclear skills training.
You will review and evaluate curricula materials for technical and educational adequacy.
