You Are:
A senior consulting leader with deep industry expertise and the ability to lead large, complex engagements. You bring executive presence, strategic vision, and a proven track record of delivering innovative, measurable outcomes for clients in the life sciences sector.
The Work:
Assist our Life Sciences clients with selecting, implementing and capturing value from new commercial platform ecosystems.
Lead large-scale programs or complex ($5MM +) multi-workstream engagements, ensuring high-quality, innovative deliverables tailored to executive audiences.
Serve as a strategic partner to C-suite and SVP-level client stakeholders, influencing decision-making with authority.
Shape solutions that integrate cross-business units – Strategy, Technology, Operations, Song — to bring deep-cross functional solutions, insights, and teams to our clients
Own project financials, including budget management, forecasting, and profitability targets.
Drive origination and sales for new opportunities, from ideation through contracting, leveraging Accenture’s thought leadership.
Guide professional development of all team members; foster a collaborative, high-performance culture.
Proactively integrate market trends, innovations, and regulatory shifts into client strategies and Accenture offerings.
Represent the practice in external forums, conferences, and thought leadership publications.
Lead cross-functional solutioning sessions to shape multi-domain, multi-region programs that address client business, operational, and technology needs.
Serve as an industry thought leader, influencing client agendas by sharing perspectives on emerging trends, competitive dynamics, and innovation opportunities.
Oversee delivery transformation, ensuring programs are structured for scalability, agility, and measurable impact on both patient and commercial outcomes.
