You Are: 
A proven life sciences consulting leader who can own a complex workstream or small project from strategy through execution, guiding teams to deliver innovative, high-value solutions. You thrive at the intersection of commercial strategy, patient experience, and digital innovation, and are ready to step up as a trusted advisor to client leadership.
The Work: 
Manage a complex workstream or project, including solution design, approach, staffing and delivery (within timeline and budget).
Assist our Life Sciences clients with selecting, implementing and capturing value from new commercial platform ecosystems.
Mentor and develop consulting and industry skills for junior team members, ensuring high-quality deliverables and outcomes.
Build trusted relationships with client counterparts (primarily senior managers and directors) and serve as a key point of contact for client delivery.
Lead workshops, working sessions, and team meetings, adapting leadership style to suit different audiences.
Structure complex problem-solving efforts, ensuring recommendations align with client goals and bring in relevant industry perspectives.
Anticipate client needs and proactively frame deliverables around business impact.
Contribute to sales opportunities — scoping workstreams, responding to RFPs, drafting SOWs, and participating in orals.
Partner with cross-domain leads to integrate Patient Services, Sales & Marketing, Data & AI, and CRM capabilities into cohesive client solutions.
Translate strategic vision into actionable delivery plans, ensuring alignment across business, technology, and change management workstreams.
Support client enablement by developing training materials, playbooks, and operational frameworks that ensure lasting adoption of solutions.
Design and implement future-ready operating models, optimized business processes, and organizational structures that enhance commercial agility, scalability, and cross-functional alignment.
