Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for monitoring and maintaining daily operations of the NC eProcurement solution.
The solution consists of SAP Ariba, electronic Vendor Portal, NC Billing Oracle Financials, Integration Hub iHub and the related interfaces for each application.
This role will be primarily focused on Content Enablement activities, including the maintenance of contracts and catalogs in the SAP Ariba system, but may include additional responsibilities to support team operations.
In addition, the Business Process Specialist serves as a functional Subject Matter Expert SME to specified applications.
