This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for Certain Personnel of the DoD Workforce to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service. About the Position: Serves as a Digital Services Analyst for the Joint Activities Command. This position will be filled at Fort Bragg, NC and Arlington, VA. This is a Term NTE 3 YEARS. Utilize quantitative and qualitative assessments of user needs to identify the most effective levers for improving digital services across the DoD.
Analyze SIGINT data to access trends and threats implications within critical geographic and functional areas.
Provide subordinates with operations guidance, direction, and oversight; articulate shortfalls and capability gap analysis to senior leadership.
Tests the success of government-wide standards for digital services, leading to their adoption across the force and the command.
Plans and executes an iterative strategy for scaling an organization from startup phase to mature.
