What You Will Do

QA monthly closing work of
third party
team and control the flow of data into general ledger
 

Oversee aspects of client billing – including partnering with product management leads to ensure accuracy of invoices
 

Production and maintenance of client P&Ls and forecasts
 

Review the WIP and the AR balances for the clients on a weekly/monthly basis in connection with the project owners
 

Prepare monthly balance sheets and profit/loss statements
 

Assist
in the preparation of some audit/review schedules and review of the books and records with an outside audit team
 

Manage employee and client expense process via Expensify
 

Assist
in managing accounting vendor
