The Delivery Ops Associate Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring seamless delivery across large-scale sales programs, aligning business priorities with client objectives, and driving continuous improvement through analytics, innovation, and automation. This role requires a strategic leader who thrives in dynamic, data-rich environments and is passionate about leveraging AI and technology to optimize performance.
Role & Responsibilities
Lead and oversee a large-scale delivery program responsible for strategy and execution across sales, sales management, training, quality assurance, and data & reporting functions.
Collaborate with Global Client Leads and Account Leadership to execute strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment between operational goals and client success metrics.
Leverage data and analytics to identify insights, define key performance drivers, and guide initiatives that enhance program efficiency and impact.
Champion Business Transformation and Continuous Improvement, working closely with transformation partners to prioritize initiatives, ensure accountability, and deliver measurable results using data and AI insights.
Define and track OKRs across client programs, QA, and training—ensuring consistent measurement, transparent reporting, and performance visibility.
Monitor and manage quarterly operational plans, capturing forward-looking strategies, evaluating progress, and implementing corrective actions to maintain performance excellence.
Provide strategic direction to the reporting and analytics teams, ensuring the end-to-end delivery ecosystem operates efficiently, within scope, and aligned to business outcomes.
Drive consistency and operational rigor across regional delivery teams, ensuring adherence to established operating models and governance structures.
Deliver comprehensive performance and status updates to the Global Delivery Lead and Account Leadership, distilling data and AI-driven insights into clear, actionable recommendations.
