Select Factor (Screen Out): You must have a current Arizona Department of Health Services Level I Water Treatment Operators Certificate and Arizona Department of Health Services Level II Wastewater Treatment Operators Certificate. Out of state certifications may be considered but must be same level as Arizona requirements. You must provide copies of your current water treatment operators certifications with your application. Major Duties of this position include: Ensures the water treatment and distribution process is compliant with the Arizona Department of Environmental Quality (ADEQ) and the United States Public Health Service (USPHS) standards. Responsible for water quality monitoring, sampling, testing and reporting. Ensures the wastewater collection process is in compliance with the ADEQ and USPHS standards. Operates a pumper truck to maintain septic tanks at all restrooms and vault toilets throughout the park. Performs functional maintenance and repairs to various types of above- and below- ground pipe materials, connection systems, valves, clamps, gauges, meters, electrical motors, pumps, chemical feeders, auxiliary generators, and related devices.
