Key Responsibilities:
As a Program Project Management Lead, you will be responsible for managing the overall delivery of a program or project to achieve business outcomes.
This includes defining project scope, monitoring the execution of deliverables, and communicating across multiple stakeholders to manage expectations, issues, and outcomes.
You are expected to be a subject matter expert with deep knowledge and experience, possess influencing and advisory skills, and be responsible for team decisions.
You will engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions while providing solutions to problems that apply across various teams.
Advanced proficiency in Program Project Management is required.
Advanced proficiency in Financial Services is recommended.
Advanced proficiency in Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) is suggested.
Lead cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget.
Facilitate regular project meetings to track progress and address any challenges that arise.
Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation to ensure transparency and accountability.
Implement best practices in project management to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Foster a collaborative environment that encourages team members to share ideas and solutions.
