Job Description:

You will serve as a SUPERVISOR in the TDL & Monitoring Systems Division of NAVWARSYSCEN PACIFIC SAN DIEGO CA.
In addition to the Basic Requirements for this position, your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or NM-03 pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. You will establish work objectives and evaluate work of subordinates.
You will recommend rating, awards, and promotions in accordance with Science and Technology Reinvention Laboratory (STRL) policies, requirements and guidelines.
You will ensure safety, environmental, and security requirements for the assigned functions are met.
You will be responsible for Branch strategic planning and organizational/process improvement, sponsor engagement, workforce planning, infrastructure planning, and management of the Branch's funding allocation.
You will maintain system configurations, resolve hardware/software interface and interoperability problems and ensure the rigorous application of Cybersecurity/Information assurance.
